Rendezvous House

Wilson, Wyoming

Step inside Rendezvous House, a mountain retreat tucked away in Teton County, Wyoming.

We reimagined a 1990s home, elevating it using Passive House principles and a material palette that reflects the landscape. Set on a tranquil three acre site between the Snake River and protected conservation land, the renovation enhances the home’s functionality and strengthens its connection to the landscape. Updates include a new kitchen and dining area, a refined interior palette, and preserved architectural elements like clerestory and uniquely shaped windows. A living wall, inspired by natural light in the kitchen, brings year round greenery indoors. The design meets strict environmental and fire regulations and is built to withstand the region’s harsh climate, blending sustainability, durability, and a deep connection to place.
